About us
Director S.Ninjbadgar founded Ulaanbaatar Astronomical Observation in 1957 with three department. Astrophysics department have 9 scientists.
Research directions:
a) H-alpha observation with Solar Coronograph telescope
b) Solar Ultra-violet radiation
c) CALLISTO Solar Radio Spectrometer
d) Cosmic geodesy
e) Earth rotation parameter
