- Exploration around Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake
- Travel to the Bulnay Fault Zone
- Overnight near the fault area

- Field investigations along the Bulnay Fault and Tsetserleg Fault
- On-site discussions of fault geomorphology and earthquake history
Saturday, August 16
- Morning | Continued fault observation and sampling
- Afternoon | Travel back toward Ulaanbaatar, stop and rest near Taikhar Rock

- Return from Taikhar Rock to Ulaanbaatar
